Zubar Roofing started in 2009 with a simple idea: North Jersey homeowners deserved a roofer who would show up when promised, quote honestly, and build roofs that actually last. What began as a two-person crew working out of Paterson has grown into a team of certified installers completing over 2,500+ roofs across Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, and Morris counties.
We haven't grown by chasing volume. We've grown because homeowners keep calling us back — and sending their neighbors.

Most of what makes a roof last — proper underlayment, ice & water shield, flashing detail, ventilation — is hidden once the shingles go on. Cheap roofers cut corners where customers can't see. We do it right every time because that's what separates a roof that lasts 10 years from one that lasts 30.

Why Certifications Matter
Manufacturer certifications aren't marketing badges. GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed only certify contractors who pass installation audits, carry proper insurance, and maintain a track record of quality work. More importantly, certified contractors can offer enhanced system warranties — longer, better coverage that the manufacturer backs directly.
If your roofer isn't certified, your warranty is limited to the box coverage. With us, you get the full system warranty.

Family-owned and operated. Every crew lead is an employee (not a sub-contractor), trained in-house, and answerable to the owner. When you call us, you're not getting passed to a dispatch center and a crew that shows up for the first time on your project.
