Woodland Park (formerly West Paterson) is a small borough of about 13,000 squeezed between Little Falls, Totowa, and Paterson. Most of it is post-war single-family on quieter side streets, with some newer townhome and condo developments on the south side near Route 80.
Housing in Woodland Park
Largely 1950s-1970s ranch, cape, and split-level. Some older homes near McBride Avenue and the river. Newer townhomes off Browertown Road. Most roofs we replace here are mid-century construction on their second asphalt life.
What we most commonly find on Woodland Park roofs
- Aging mid-century asphalt roofs ready for first or second replacement
- Skylight leaks on 70s-era kitchens/family-room additions
- Gutter overflow from mature street tree canopy
Why we work in Woodland Park
A 7-minute drive. We can be at a leak call faster here than almost anywhere outside Clifton itself.
